Less trips!!! Literally feels like I went up a few levels in skill. Stiff handles that feel great in the hand. Rope has really good weight to it which provides awesome feedback to the hands and it holds its shape really well. For me personally my right hand has been more dominant in providing the rotations. This rope has helped balance me out getting my left in better position to provide more rotation. I’ve boxed and skipped rope for many years. Have tried many different ropes over that time to include highly rated ones. I plan on sticking to this one and may even try vol II. Would be kinda cool to see more variety in colors.
