At BoxRope, we take pride in the quality and durability of our BoxRopes. We are confident that our products are built to withstand the rigorous demands of boxing training. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction and confidence in our brand, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our BoxRope products.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our 1-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during normal use of your BoxRope (make sure to use our Jump Rope Mat when you use your BoxRope outdoors). This includes issues such as:

  1. Breakage or fraying of the rope.
  2. Defective handles, including cracks or breakage.
  3. Faulty construction or assembly.

!Pls keep the handles of the BoxRope if the rope is worn out!

What Is Not Covered?

Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or neglect, such as:

  1. Rope cuts or damages caused by sharp objects.
  2. Excessive stretching or misuse of the rope.
  3. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to Claim Your Warranty

In the unlikely event that you encounter a warranty issue with your BoxRope product, simply follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team here within one year from the date of purchase.
  2. Provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing + a photo of the issue. 
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include returning the defective product.

At BoxRope, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide exceptional customer service. We will do our best to address your warranty claim promptly and efficiently. Should your BoxRope product be found defective under our warranty coverage, we will either repair or replace the product, depending on the specific circumstances.

Please note that BoxRope reserves the right to evaluate each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis to ensure that it meets the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty policy.
