It felt gooder than the other ropes I tried.

I never actually received the item, as it appears it got lost in transit. The main issue for me was not just the delay itself, but that I was not proactively informed about it. Instead, I had to follow up with the support team myself to find out what was happening. Even after I mentioned multiple times that I was looking for a replacement rather than a refund, it still became a longer back-and-forth conversation than it needed to be. At this point, after a few days of exchanges, it seems we are hopefully getting to a solution. I have also asked for a small goodwill gesture, mainly because when I originally ordered in March, around seven weeks ago, the BoxRope 2 was not yet available, so I have now asked whether an upgrade might be possible. What I want to stress is that I do genuinely appreciate the product itself. I know multiple friends, including professional athletes, who use it and speak very highly of it. My disappointment was really with the ordering and support experience, specifically the lack of proactive follow-up. I felt that I had to do most of the contacting, lifting, back-and-forth, and solution-suggesting myself. The main improvement I would suggest is stronger proactive communication from customer support when a shipment is delayed or appears lost, along with a clearer and faster resolution process once the customer has already stated their preferred outcome.

The delivery with my shipment was astounding. I got my hands on my very own boxingrope with great exceptional record time. I highly recommend many training athletes also order their own to start training with perfection as soon as possible. I love this new equipment.

I thought both of the jump rope handles was going to be wrapped with the white tape , but only 1 handle came with it, but it’s still a good jump rope

Box rope 2 is solid like Box rope 1. It’s slightly heavier but still great quality. I only recommend still taping both handles instead of 1.

One of the rings of the rope didnt come. It is just gone, i don't know if its made like this, but it is weird. The rope keeps tangling because there is no ring on one side, keeping tripping my feet. Didnt work

I was hesitant after reading some shipping reviews, but my experience with BoxRope was excellent. I’m in California and received order confirmation the next day, tracking the day after, and my rope arrived in four days. I’ve been using it for a month and can feel a huge difference in speed and control thanks to the design of the rope and light handles. No tangling or loose handles like my old one. I order this last Jan.10 almost a month. And you will ask me how it goes. Without the item i order. I tought it was a good bame with a good product. Nothing i receive till now. It was so expensive for a jumping rope and you advertise in your best way but you dont deliver it. I think you need to change the brand name The Imvisible Boxrope…….. how many customers will be victimize for this. Also i pay for insurance and how it will be insured right now. I will never order again and i will inform my friends that this brand is a Big Joke. Sorry for my words but if uou are in my situation. Expensive jumping rope that did nit come…..

Good quality jump rope. Arrived in a timely manner. And I’ve been jumping rope for 35 years.

It's really durable and swings comfortably especially with the added 10% weight!

Though the shipping was slow, it is a nice product. I wish though they offered a heavy weighted rope instead of just a speed rope though.

Great Jump Rope. I am 6'4 275lb and it is the perfect size. All jump ropes at academy and Walmart are 9ft... Not large enough for a specimen like me. a Thank you to BoxRope for considering us.

The rope is too light for me. Its tangles. The handles are good. Thats why i dont use it. Unfortunatly for me.
